Messy Minds: Embracing Exploration in Infant & Toddler Learning

Infant and Toddler care providers are invited to reimagine the role of messy play. Through interactive discussions, and reflective exercises, participants will explore the developmental benefits of sensory-rich experiences and learn how to shift from a mindset of cleanliness and control to one that embraces curiosity and exploration. We will explore how to manage the mess and maintain safety while increasing child engagement. Participants will leave with practical tools, planning templates, and communication strategies to support meaningful messy play in both center-based and home-based settings.
