Tababarka Gargaarka Degdegga ah ee Caafimaadka Maskaxda (Mental Health First Aid Training)
Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognized, evidence-based training that teaches participants
how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. This
interactive course provides the skills needed to support someone experiencing a crisis or developing a
mental health concern until appropriate professional help is available. The training increases awareness, reduces stigma, and strengthens community capacity to respond effectively to mental health challenges. Participants leave with confidence to provide initial support and to connect individuals with ongoing professional care and resources.
