During this training, providers will take a deeper look at their FCCERS-3 scores to better understand strengths and areas for growth. Together, we will review results, reflect on what the scores mean, and identify specific items to focus on for improvement. Participants will practice setting realistic, actionable goals to address these items and build on their program quality. We will also create timelines for reaching these goals and identify helpful resources and supports along the way. This session is designed to increase confidence and set a clear path toward improving FCCERS-3 scores.
