This training equips early childhood educators with strategies for effective active supervision to ensure children's safety and engagement. Participants will explore six key techniques—environment setup, staff positioning, scanning, listening, anticipating behavior, and redirection—through discussions and real-life scenarios. They will learn to apply these skills in classrooms, playgrounds, and transitions to prevent injuries and foster positive interactions.
