A facilitated exploration of breaking down the barriers and stereotypes of fatherhood and men in the lives of children. We will examine the struggle that men face as they parent or work with young children. The afternoon will feature special guests from Homeboy Industries from Los Angeles, California, sharing their successes and challenges in working with those who are ready to move beyond gang involvement. The afternoon will conclude with action planning.
