This session will focus on understanding and developing the Trauma Lens. By practicing real-life scenarios, we will learn how to increase children's ability to respond rather than react. We will learn how to increase connections between caregivers and children. We will learn what Attunement is and its steps through scenarios and examples. We will learn what it means to be "in tune" with others… and how to create a stronger connection and strengthen our relationships. We will practice strategies for responding to the emotion that drives the behavior rather than reacting to the behavior.
