During this training, Baby Promise providers will prepare for their annual ERS observations—whether using the ITERS-3, FCCERS-3, or ECERS-3—based on their program type. This session will offer practical strategies, shared experiences, and curated resources to support a strong, confident approach to the Environmental Rating Scale process. Participants will explore key quality indicators, gain insights from peers, and leave with tools to strengthen daily practices in preparation for a successful assessment.
