In this session, participants will learn how to support all staff to achieve wellness in the workplace by implementing a
culturally inclusive supervision model, how to express supervisor vulnerability, create safe supervisory spaces for all
supervisees, welcome “the whole self” of your supervisees into the workplace, and develop capacity in all your staff.
