This workshop provides in-depth exploration, analysis, and strategies for leadership roles in implementing anti-bias, anti-oppression education with young children, their families, and staff. The format includes experimentation with and integration of a variety of cultural expressions, comprehensive examination of core social identity categories, exploration of leadership models and practices that challenge white supremacy, and development of action plans.
