Beyond Effective Practices
Taking Data to the Next Step with Practice-Based Coaching Cycles
In this session, participants will bring (redacted) data, review it to identify an effective teaching practice and a potential goal for a coachee, and role-play a coaching conversation. They will then begin developing a detailed PBC coaching cycle and share for feedback. Completion of Using Data to Set Coaching Goals is a prerequisite for enrollment.
