How can the Environment Rating Scale (ERS) support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)? This session will critically examine key terms and components of the ERS. Participants will complete an in-depth study of the ERS scoring process. They will combine professional strategies for coaching with written ERS feedback to practice strength-based support for the CQI efforts of early learning programs.
