We will discuss tools, information and resources to improve your child care business in 2011. Sabrina Anderson will explain differences and benefits of operating a CCD certified family child care business when compared to CCD registered family home care to enable providers who may be considering a change to evaluate their options. Liz Cohen will provide handouts about tools for optimism, action planning, and effective solution-seeking, with a guide to child care business planning and other resources. We will have a goal-setting activity, to include reflection on individual long-range goals and specific steps toward that goal.
