In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore the benefits of using mindfulness and creativity to reduce stress and improve an overall sense of well-being. We will examine mindfulness and creative expression in a playful way by using a selection of materials and activities that may include sensory experiences, art materials, music, movement, loose parts, reflection, and simple prompts.
