This full day session will focus on the following learning objectives and
will be instructed in English:
• Identify The Creative Curriculum® objectives for language and literacy.
• Determine developmentally appropriate expectations for children’s
language development and literacy learning.
• Describe the seven components of literacy preschool children need to
become competent readers and writers.
• Identify strategies and resources that effectively promote children’s
language development and literacy learning.
