Nature’s Numbers
Exploring Preschool Math with Sticks and Stones

Participants will learn open-ended processes to help preschoolers explore numbers, patterns, geometry, and measurement using natural materials. They will participate in several interactive discussions and math processes, brainstorm ideas for children in their own settings, and gain a framework for creating their own natural math lessons indoors and outside.
