Circle Time Success
Flex, Fun and Focus for Every Preschooler
This interactive training is designed to help early childhood educators create engaging, successful, and developmentally appropriate circle time experiences. Rather than relying on traditional songs and predictable routines, this session introduces "outside-the-box" strategies that captivate young learners, support social-emotional development, and foster active participation.
Participants will explore:
The key elements of a successful circle time that promote focus, inclusion, and participation.
Creative and engaging alternatives to common songs, books, and routines.
Strategies to adapt circle time for different learning styles, attention spans, and group dynamics.
Techniques to integrate movement, sensory play, storytelling, and interactive activities to keep children engaged.
Problem-solving common challenges (e.g., disengaged children, behavioral disruptions, or transitions).
Educators will leave with ready-to-use ideas, adaptable frameworks, and inspiration to transform their circle time into a highlight of the preschool day!
