Professionals pursue learning opportunities that help to fulfill a personal and professional development plan. In this workshop you will identify professionalism and the fundamentals of a professional development plan. Participants will learn how to be a self-directed learner and how to stay up-to-date in the field. In order to provide high qualtiy childhood care and eduction, those who care for children must be professional and be recognized as professionals.
