Navegando la Diversidad Cultural de Alimentos en los Programas de la Primera Infancia (Navigating Cultural Food Diversity in Early Childhood Programs)

Food is tied to culture in many ways. Children may be reluctant to try food that doesn’t look, taste, or smell like the food they are served at home. We will look at how to encourage children to expand their palates and experiment with new foods. We will also discuss some common cultural practices around mealtime routines.
