Healing Together: Understanding and Transforming Challenging Behaviors in Early Childhood

This training invites early childhood professionals to explore how trauma shapes behavior in young children, while fostering an understanding of the shared human experience of trauma. Participants will gain tools to identify typical developmental behaviors and distinguish them from behaviors influenced by trauma. With a focus on culture, environmental factors, and self-awareness, this session empowers educators to create compassionate, trauma-responsive classroom environments that support children’s healing and growth.
