Developing a Guidance Plan Recognizing a Child’s Behavior and the Adult Perception of that Behavior
All behavior has a goal, when children's goals are blocked they respond. Adults sometimes bring pre-existing perceptions into their dissemination of a child's goals. In this training, we explore guidance beyond "behavior management" and zero in on behavior guidance that recognizes the Whole Child, The Whole Educator, and the Whole Relationship.
