Using Systems Theories to Understand Family Dynamics and Promote Positive Family Outcomes

Participants will be examine leading theoretical models related to family dynamics and relationship health. An exploration of the risk and protective factors that can impact family climate will be addressed along with ways to mitigate the potential for negative effects on young children. Participants will also examine the traits of healthy families and how to use positive strategies to promote resiliency in families challenged by stress factors.

  • All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting efitzsimons@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
