Secrets of Challenging Behaviors and How to Deal with It

Demonstrate understanding of Challenging Behavior (CB) Strategy. How to meet needs and reduce distress. Prevention and how to overcome CB. Working with kids with an intellectual disability, how to respond to those with learning disabilities experiencing CB. Participants will share their ideas on how to support infants and toddlers at the very beginning of their development, along with additional resources.

  • All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting efitzsimons@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
