Self-Care & Stress Management Strategies

In this training, we will review stress, explore the concepts of stress management, and self-care, and how to apply them. We will review the signs and symptoms of stress, highlight techniques for coping with stress, and create a stress reduction plan. We will put emphasis on the importance for self-care education and resourcefulness through creativity and awareness from a young age to any age.
