Soundbath is a very effective tool not only for healing and decreasing stress but as a pathway to body awareness and a mindful approach to self care.
Soundbath lowers stress and blood pressure, improves quality of sleep, alleviates pain and amplifies the parasympathetic nervous system. An hour of soundbath meditation is 6 hours of sleep to the human brain and the experience of true restfulness has a profound impact on people. The deep vibration of a soundbath meditation reminds the body on a cellular level of it's own vibration and attunes the listener to their whole self. This soundbath meditation always reminds students that everything is vibration and that they can tap into the vibration they discovered during the meditation at any time, and be the pilot of their own self care journey with the tools gathered in class of breathwork, body mind awareness and vibration.
