Offered in two sessions to allow for a deeper dive. Effectively leading across differences requires organizations to foster
spaces of greater trust, safety, belonging, and mattering. Leaders must commit to closing equity and inclusion gaps to
fulfill their mission, live out their core values, and build community. This session will guide participants through learning
the fundamentals of equity and offer resources to improve policy, programs, services, and overall decision-making.
