Leadership: Assessing the Staff, the Program, and Yourself
This training will cover self-evaluation as an assessment and quality improvement tool. Observation tools for self-evaluation and employee evaluation will be explored as well as writing and implementing parent surveys that provide meaningful feedback. This is the seventh training of an eight-part series on leadership. Each class is stand-alone and can be taken in any order.
