Yin Yoga for Early Childhood Professionals: Meditative Stretch

A slow, passive, and grounding yoga practice. Using props to make postures accessible for everyone, Yin Yoga helps you deeply connect to your breath and body by holding poses for longer periods. This allows for deep fascial and energetic release, working with the connective tissues and meridian lines of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It creates space for physical, emotional, and energetic healing, making it perfect for all levels, especially those recovering from injury or with low mobility. You will learn how to use these poses and breathing when needed with your daily stress during your work day.

Breathe In, Breathe Out.
