Social-emotional development is the foundation for all areas of childhood development and learning. The six modules in this Area will explore building warm positive relationships, responsive caregiving, supporting social-emotional expression and regulation, promoting socialization, guiding behavior and promoting infant and toddler sense of identity and belonging through theoretical and practical application of the concepts presented.

The class will be held on Monday evenings from 6-9 pm on Sept. 23, Sept. 30, Oct. 7, Oct. 14, Oct. 21, Oct. 28. You must attend ALL the sessions for ORO credit. If you miss a class you have a year to make it up to receive the credit. You will receive a digital copy of the materials in your email along with a zoom link for the class. Please make sure your information in ORO is up to date.
