Participants will gain and understanding of the Quality Improvement Phase. Participants will gain a deeper understanding and overview of the Spark Standards in the Children’s Learning and Development Domain. Participants will take a deep dive and examine the evidence associated with the spark standards in the Children’s Learning and Development Domain.
