In this session, coaches will work together to identify problems of practice within their coaching role. Coaches will use the Spheres of Influence model to determine if the identified problems of practice are within their control, within their influence, or out of their control or influence. After categorizing the problems of practice, coaches will discuss and work toward creating action steps to address the problems they have highlighted as being within their control or influence.
