An Overview

Participants will learn about the fundamentals of group coaching including the Who, What, Where, and When of groups as well as the 5-step framework that Practice-Based Coaching group format follows. In addition to the fundamentals, participants will discuss essential facilitator skills necessary to support effective coaching groups.
