Using Data in Practice-Based Coaching
In this session, participants will learn strategies to start conversations coachees about formal and informal data including CLASS, ECERS, TPOT, and self-assessments. Participants will learn to differentiate between program goals and coaching goals and how they can be related. They will then practice creating Practice-Based Coaching goals based on multiple data sources through role-play scenarios.
