Zeroing in on the Practice-Based Coaching Cycle Through Focused Observation
The focused observation is centered and guided by a coachee's shared goal and action plan. This session will invite participants to make use of observations with educators to support goal progress. Participants will engage in steps for planning and conducting a focused observation. Participants will engage in the observation process and identify strategies for collecting specific data from the observation.
