Activities for Early Childhood Professionals to Impede Systems of Oppression

It is important for young children and families to hear us push back against offensive stereotypes and acts of oppression. In this training, we will create a toolkit to support others, understand cultural differences, and promote proactive responses to oppressive behavior.

This class is part of a cohort, participants must register for all four classes on PD Networks. ORO hours only awarded to participants who attend all 4 classes, no partial credit.

  • All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting efitzsimons@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
