It can be so easy to get caught up in the "what" of teaching: which materials to offer, which curriculum to buy, and how to set up the classroom. While those are important considerations, research (and experience!) shows us that outcomes for children are actually more influenced by what educators do. Our daily choices are powerful for the children and families we serve. Let's celebrate what each of us brings to our settings as we intentionally choose impactful attitudes and actions.
