Working with infants and toddlers is rewarding, but it can also be challenging at times. In Understanding Behavior, participants will learn to use observation to better understand infant behavior. We will analyze the many influences that affect behavior and use this knowledge to examine our own beliefs. We will practice reframing our thoughts to better respond to challenging situations.
