This training includes practical strategies for managing behavior in an early childhood learning setting. We will address common, day-to-day challenges, with an emphasis on viewing the child from a developmentally-appropriate and trauma-informed lens. We will discuss strategies to help educators and their staff to disengage stress. This training also includes an activity to unite classrooms teams in developing a plan for addressing triggers and engaging with children who display difficult behaviors.
