Join us as we learn about, and engage in, structured outdoor activities to promote Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) and motor skill development for preschool-aged children. This interactive session provides participants with an overview of benefits of outdoor play and structured activities; opportunities to engage in activities to bring back to their programs; and incentives to support implementation. This session utilizes CATCH Early Childhood concepts and activities; however, this is not an official CATCH training.
