In this training, we will share creative ways to build trust and rapport with families through a shared vision of community within our classrooms and childcare business. We will explore family engagement opportunities to facilitate relationship building. Lastly, we will examine different ways to get involved within our local community to support the growth of families, classrooms, and community.
