Finding Your Way Through Conflict

Conflict is natural, normal, and deeply human but that doesn't make it comfortable, easy, or simple to fix. We will be using the book "Finding Your Way Through Conflict: Strategies for Early Childhood Educators" to use real-life scenarios to learn how to engage in and resolve conflict productively, improve work relationships, and create a more equitable community

    It is your responsibility to verify that the training sessions you select will meet your licensing or professional development needs.

This is a 4 part book study, participants must complete all 4 classes in order to receive ORO credit. Classes are held in person at Clackamas ESD on: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30 from 630pm-830pm.

  • All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting efitzsimons@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
