Exploring Physical Well-being to Address Stressors in the Workplace
        
      
    During this personal and professional development training, we will explore the physical dimension of well-being: how we eat, sleep, and move. Participants will explore their personal sleep hygiene routines and create a nightly sleep routine. We will examine methods to infuse movement into the workday as well as ways to create healthy meals within time constraints, and on a budget.
