Course 8.5 of an 8 Part Series on Leadership

Interviewing families is a two-way street. You interview families to decide if they are a good fit for your program. Parents interview you to ensure your program is a good fit. This is your opportunity to assess their communication and parenting styles to determine if they will fit into your program. Setting expectations and boundaries for families is important.
