Program-Wide Implementation Leadership Team Training
This training is designed to support programs’ program-wide implementation of the Pyramid Model or the Inclusion Indicators. As a program team, participants will develop program policies, communication strategies, management plans, family engagement strategies, and inclusion practices to use program-wide. Action plans will be developed based on the Benchmarks of Quality or the Local Program Indicators for High-Quality Inclusion.
