Attachment Theories and the Child Care Provider’s Role

This class will examine theories of how children develop attachment and the child care provider’s role in strengthening attachment. The role attachment plays in resiliency in children will be explored. The cycle of healthy attachment and the potential outcomes of attachment not developing or inadequately developed attachment will be examined.
