Direct and Reflective Supervision through Motivational Interviewing
Participants will practice aspects of motivational interviewing to explore their leadership through direct and reflective supervision. Even for participants who do not identify as supervisors, this training will explore communication using the motivational interviewing approach that is useful for all.
