Oregon’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS), known as Spark, awards star ratings to child care programs that engage in continuous quality improvement and document high quality standards above licensing requirements. This training introduces you to the quality improvement process and connects you with resources to support your program participation in Spark.
