Learn how to use the Behavior Incident Report System (BIRS)! BIRS is a system to collect and analyze behavior incidents. BIRS can be used to make decisions about providing support to teachers and children. Teachers collect data on behavior incidents that are perceived as challenging or a cause of concern. Data are summarized and analyzed monthly to determine support.
