Understanding Sensory Processing in Young Children

In this course, participants will develop a foundational knowledge of the 8 sensory systems: visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, tactile, proprioceptive, vestibular, and interoceptive. Understanding the role of sensory processing will provide a fresh perspective on the skills, emotions, and behaviors of young children, and help us attune to their needs to better support them.
