This session will provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to participate in Spark. Participants will gain an understanding of the purpose of a QRIS, the role of partners, supports and incentives available to participating programs, Spark documents and processes, the portfolio submission and review process, and the next steps for participating in Spark. Participants will also be able to engage early learning programs in Spark.
