Participants will take a deeper dive into examining the Spark Recognition and Resubmission Phase. Participants will examine the Spark rating process. Participants will develop strategies to support programs during the resubmission process. Participants will explore how to access and use Spark Program rating data. Participants will gain an understanding of the Spark continuous quality improvement phase.
